Vintage Vogue

Just Add Ink Challenge #27 this week is a sketch challenge and I was keen to play along.  I have used the Vintage Vogue stamp set (p 16 Autumn/Winter mini).  I decided to go for the distressed vintage look and added some extra ink splotches to the card using a Stampin’ Write marker (chocolate chip) with the Color spritzer tool.  I also scrunched up the chocolate chip paper before attaching it to the card and sponged the ribbon with chocolate chip to take away the white from the thread.

Rose is a Rose Baby Card

I love using my BigShot Machine!  I used the Timeless Type Junior Alphabet dies (p10 Autumn-Winter Mini) to personalise this baby card with the child’s name.  I also used the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder (p11 Autumn-Winter Mini) to give texture to the white card stock.  For the stamping, I used the baby pram from Fun & Fast Notes stamp set (p50 IB&C) and the Rose is a Rose stamp set (p78 IB&C).

The Rose is a Rose stamp set will sadly be retiring at the end of August.  But the good news is until the end of July it is on special at a sale price of $53.56.  The set includes 14 stamps and co-ordinates with the Bella Rose designer series paper (p134 IB&C).

Contact me by email deb-fearns@grapevine.com.au to place your order with your payment details.  To view the other stamp sets on special during July click here.

Scallop Square Punch

This is a quick and easy card using the Scallop Square punch (p152 IB&C).  I first stamped the images onto the cardstock and used the punch to line up where I wanted my image to go.  The Happy Birthday from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments (p26 Autumn-Winter Mini) stamp set fits perfectly with this punch.
