This week’s Just Add Ink Challenge is an inspiration image. I love this photo but all I wanted to do was bake!! The school my children attend are having a bake stall next weekend and I have been thinking about what I will make for the stall. More importantly – what tag I will design to go with my baked goods. I decided to use this week’s challenge as my inspiration:
The tag has been created using my e-cutter with MDS Digital: stamps, punches and papers. I love that I can duplicate the tags and have my e-cutter cut them out very quickly. In the bag are vanilla biscuits (with lots of food colouring). I tried a few different biscuit shapes and although they do look a bit like play dough they are very yummy! This was my practice batch so I am thinking of using less colouring next time! I also made sure I printed the ingredients on the back of the tag:
I thought I would post two of my previous bake stall items with tags:
I do hope you will join us for this week’s Just Add Ink Challenge.
Finally, I have had the chance to craft over the weekend and submit an entry for a new challenge website: www.caseingthecatty.blogspot.com. This week’s challenge is looking at the Kids section of the Stampin’ Up! Catalogue with the idea to browse through pages 82 – 93 and find a project that you would like to re-create. I decided to re-create a card I found on page 88 but I used the stamp set with ‘Boys will be Boys’. I coloured the image with my blender pen and inks.

This week’s Just Add Ink Challenge #227 – Just Add Chipboard:
I decided I wanted to create my own faux (fake) chipboard. I have used the digital stamp from the Cool Like That Giftable Templates and my e-cutter to create the “chipboard’ tag:
I then used Tombow glue to stick the four pieces of Crumb Cake card stock together. I also sponged the edges of the card stock with crumb cake ink.
The little box has also been created using a digital stamp from the Cool Like That Giftable Templates and cut with my e-cutter.
I do hope you play along with the Just Add Ink challenge this week.
This week’s challenge at Just Add Ink is a sketch challenge:
I hope you get to play along this week.
This week’s challenge at Just Add Ink – Just Add a Colour Combo #225:
My card today has no stamping! I made the card using Stampin’ Up! Digital Flower Patch Stamp Brush Set and my e-cutter software. Here is a screen shot:
I also created a panel for the inside of the card. I removed the letters ‘Blooming’ to combine the words ‘Happy Birthday’.
I hope you get the chance to play along with this week’s Just Add Ink Challenge.
