I have used the FREE Sale-a-Bration 2012 Fresh Vintage stamp set with Stampin’ Write Markers. The Designer Series Paper is call Timeless Portrait (p129 IB&C).

Interesting that you can still get the stocking builder punch. They have discontinued it here in the US
How did you do the top and bottom of the tag – slide edge in from the bottom of the decorative label punch?
Hi Karin – they are discounting the stocking punch here too… it will no longer be available after 31 March.
I did make the tag exactly how you explained using the decorative label punch.
